Q. 1 : Are your drivers properly licensed and insured?
Yes, I.S Trucking drivers are all properly licensed and insured. All our drivers have to pass the ministry examination to obtain the license and get a background security clearance before operating the vehicles.
Q. 2 : What size trailers do you have?
We primarily operate 53’ trailers, but also have 28’ and 30’ trailer for smaller loads.
Q. 3 : What is the best way to pack my shipment?
Packing of your shipments depends on the product you wish to transport, however, the best practice is to have it packaged and placed on a standard 40×48 inch pallet and shrink wrapped for safe travels. This method will also make loading and unloading easier saving time and money.

How is freight rate calculated? Freight rates are based on various parameters such as distance to cover, weight, length, height and density of the cargo, ease of handling, value and liability from things like theft, damage, break-ability, and spoilage. Can you arrange same day shipments? Same-day shipments can often be arranged depending on the distance. For longer distances, same day shipment might not be possible. Talk to our team about your transportation needs.
